About Us 2

Last Disintegrated School tells the untold story of the day Thurgood Marshall came to a segregated mountain community called Hillburn in upstate New York. Marshall, an NAACP lawyer at the time, assisted Hillburn’s striking parents in breaking down racial segregation at Brook School, the last school to be integrated in New York in 1943.

Last Disintegrated School is written by Alice Crowe and directed by Alicia Crowe, identical twins, first time filmmakers and attorneys. The film is narrated by Chuck D, member of Prophets of Rage, and leader of legendary hip-hop group, Public Enemy, rapper and Hall of Fame music artist. Music is composed by Sam Waymon, award winning music composer and brother of music icon Nina Simone.

We tell untold stories. We correct the missing pages in history books.

A Crowe Flyz Productions is operated by identical twin attorneys to produce original works that tell stories absent from the lexicon of discussion. We are two creatives who love to tell impactful stories that entertain and enrich our audiences. We produce works that are not just for the sake of entertainment. We create work that raises awareness, provokes dialogue, and evokes understanding. Our work inspires and fills in the missing pages of history. We seek to leave a landmark of the Black experience and have a long-lasting impact upon those who experience our work.
